An exceptional project providing a new residential area built on the highest, south-facing slope of Lysolaje. By 2022, sixty elegant villas, terraced houses and apartments will bloom into a well-planned composition. The project also includes generous building plots of between 723 m² of 1,677 m².

Near the Czech University of Agriculture, we have prepared approximately 2 hectares of land for the construction of representative family houses. Building plots were, as always, offered with planning permission. A children's playground was built in cooperation with the city district council.
COMPLETEDFor the exclusive Baba location, we provided complete engineering and legislation services, along with the sale of a unique plot of around 1,000 m2. At the client's request, we also secured planning permission and helped with the details and implementation of the project to maintain neighbourly relations on the highest level.
